On some occasions we may also have a detailed video tour to assist in this decision. They say that upon walking into a property, within a matter of minutes you will know if the property you are viewing is right for you, and therefore, we always recommend an internal viewing, in order to understand the ‘feel’ of property.

Our sales team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and will also be happy to ask the seller any questions on your behalf.

If you’re purchasing with a mortgage, then rest assured we can assist you with this by putting you in touch with one of our experienced and friendly advisors.

Upon submitting an offer through us we will send you an Offer Form to complete, this will ask you for information on your position as a purchaser and how you intend to fund the purchase. We will also need up-to-date ID from you. By following this initial process, will ensure that your offer is submitted to the seller with the full facts and in the best possible light.

We have some excellent partner arrangements with a number of conveyancing solicitors, with whom we work closely with to ensure a smooth transaction, so once your offer has been accepted, we will be able to provide you with a detailed quote and instruct them on your behalf.  We can also put you in touch with a surveyor, should you wish to have a personal survey of the property carried out.  Removlas: again, we have this covered, we can put you in touch with a local, family run firm who will happily provide you with a quote.

Introduction fess: 

If an introduction to our conveyancing partners is accepted then Westcoast will be paid an introducing fee of upto £250. 

If an introduction to our recommended surveyor is accepted then Westcoast may be paid a referral fee equivalent to 25% of the total cost (typical example amount £115) 

If an introduction to our recommended removal firm is accepted then Westcoast may be paid a referral fee equivalent to 10% of the total cost (typical example amount £50) 

If a buyer/seller uses our mortgage partner then Westcoast will be paid an introduction fee equivalent to 35%
