Do you have great attention to detail, like visiting differnt properties and have a sociable outgoing personality?
If the answer is yes, then this could be your ideal job!
The key elements of the job are to submit comprehensive and accurate reporting on a right-first-time basis, build effective and warm relationships with tenants, whilst conducting mid-terms inspections.
Undertake inventory and check-out services on properties, with a keen eye and attention to detail.
Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work.
Attend Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtain skills in inventory’s, check ins, check outs, midterm inspections, LRAs,
Must have a clean full UK driving licence
In your return you'll receive a company car, company phone, full training and £25k per annum.

We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our successful sales team in Patchway, North Bristol. You must have a genuine desire to work in property and be confident of delivering a high level of customer service and have an outgoing and friendly personality. Some experience in the industry is required, be that 6 months or numerous years, it’s all about the right person!
