**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct sales and rental viewings with potential buyers and tenants
– Handle enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
– Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing
– Maintain and update records of properties and applicants
– Work closely with other team members and managers
– Follow company policies and procedures
– Keep up to date with market trends and legislation

– Full UK driving licence and own car

**Hours**
Full-time Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm and one in three Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in the week of working a Saturday)
