Head of Property Managment Centre

Based in our Weston-super-Mare office

Working hours 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Head of Property Management to lead our Property Management Centre, overseeing more than 1,000 client rental properties from North Bristol down to Burnham-on-Sea. We’re seeking someone who is ready to take ownership of operational excellence, inspire and develop our team, and drive outstanding client satisfaction through continuous improvement. This is a strategic role offering real influence in shaping our service delivery and supporting the continued growth of an established and respected local agency.

Essential Skills for the Head of Property Management/Lettings Manager role includes:

-Experience of managing your own team
-Create and build strong relationships with your team members
-Carrying out staff training and development
-Monitoring processes across the department and implementing changes where required
-Property management experience in a busy branch environment
-An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels

Experience/Qualifications required:

Minimum of 2 years Management experience – preferably in the Lettings Sector – Property Management
Propertymark ARLA level 3 qualification or equivalent would be desirable.

GCSE Maths & English grade C or above

A level or equivalent qualifications would be preferable.

What’s on offer:

Salary £35,000
Hours – Mon-Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
22 Days annual leave + bank holidays
Propertymark ARLA qualification and membership

Ensure compliance is adhered to company standards and current legislation.

Recruitment of new staff

Liaise with social media manager to maximise and promote our brand to potential new landlords

Conduct one to ones with all staff members.

Managing staff workloads – taking on larger maintenance roles & difficult move outs.

Customer Complaints

Management Reporting

Implementing and training the team any new legislative requirements.
