Sales Progressor

**Role Overview**

As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales process and ensuring a smooth and efficient journey from the acceptance of an offer to the completion of the sale. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors, keeping all parties informed and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales progression process.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Sales Progression Management: Oversee the entire sales progression process, ensuring timely and efficient communication between all parties involved.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for buyers and sellers, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Liaison with Professionals: Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delays in the sales process.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and communications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanour at all times.

 

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Experience: Previous experience in an estate agency or sales progression role preferred but not essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with estate agency software.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy.

**Full Time Position**

Office based Mon-Friday 8:45am – 6pm (a degree of flexability with this role, so please ask)
