Property Inventory and Inspection Clerk

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory and Inspection Clerk to join highly regarded, independent property business covering Bristol, Somerset and North Somerset.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Submit comprehensive and accurate reporting on a right-first-time basis
  • Build effective and warm relationships with tenants, whilst conducting mid-terms inspections
  • Undertake inventory and check-out services on properties, with a keen eye and attention to detail
  • Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work
  • Attend Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtain skills in inventory’s, check ins, check outs, midterm inspections, LRAs

 

**Qualifactions and Skills**

  • A keen eye and attention to details with 100% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and tight turn-around times
  • Clear and articulate communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload

**Experience**

  • Previous expereience with carrying out property inventories, check outs and inspections
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service
