Property Compliance Manager

**Role Overview**

An exciting opportunity has emerged within our lettings business at Westcoast.  With six branches spanning from Bristol to Burnham on Sea, we currently oversee property management in excess of 1000 properties.  Our dedicated Property Management Team is seeking a motivated Property Compliance Manager.

  • Arranging property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
  • Arranging any maintenance that is reported on inspections
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
  • Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
  • Arranging & sending out Inventories and check outs
  • Answering the telephone
  • Office absence cover – dealing with emergency maintenance.

  • Articulate
  • IT literate
  • Preferably Lettings experience although not essential.
  • A good standard of education at GCSE level

 

**Training**

Regular in-house training and online training is provided along with the requirement to carry out a Property Qualification equivalent to a Level 3 NVQ.

 

**Full time position**

Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm & 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am – 1pm
