Nicholas joined Westcoast Properties in 2006 with 12 years experience in four different locations and various market conditions. Nicholas is now a Fellow member of The National Association of Estate Agents, holds a certificate in practising in estate agency and is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Nicholas has lived in Portishead for the past 6 years and as a keen runner, can often be spotted around the area.
Tom Bradly - Senior Negotiator

After leaving university in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration, Tom began working as an estate agent in Bristol before joining Westcoast in Portishead as Senior Negotiator in 2010. During this time he has seen the highs and lows of the property market which has been a valuable learning curve and important experience on which he can draw on. He is currently studying for his ARLA qualification broadening his knowledge on residential lettings. Tom lives in Portishead with his partner Julie and their son James.

Jonathan has been with the company 3 years and has been in the property industry for the past 8 years working in the local area in residental sales, letting and commercial property. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has lived in Portishead for the past 3 years with his family.
Mandy Bushell - Sales and lettings negotiator

Mandy started work in Wokingham, Berkshire age 17 as a junior administrator in the mortgage department for a small independent estate agent. Mandy was then promoted to office administrator in residential sales in Crowthorne for the same company and worked as an administrator/negotiator and experienced land and new homes. The company was then taken over by a national company and Mandy was promoted to sales negotiator, working in several different offices and in 2000 was promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator where she won many awards including customer services for 6 months in a row. Mandy stayed with this company for 13 years until she relocated to the Portishead area. Mandy then took a career break to have children and begun her career again in Portishead working for a local agent. This company was then taken over and Mandy joined Westcoast Properties where she has now been for 3 years and loves dealing with clients on the telephone and in the office.

Paula began her career aged 17 as an office junior for Bristol and West properties in North Devon. Throughout the years she has worked in banking as well estate agency, excelling in sales and customer service she progressed to branch manager position. Paula then moved to Portishead in 2009 with her husband and two children and joined the team at Westcoast Properties. Paula thrives on the day to day challenges that come with the role and enjoys finding our customers their new homes.

Lindsay Joined Westcoast Properties in June 2010 based mainly in the accounts office she also offers valuable support to the sales and lettings team. Lindsay has 10 years customer service/sales experience accompanied with accounts & administration qualifications. Having grown up in the local area Lindsay has a good knowledge of Portishead and the surrounding areas.

Tim is the Sales Negotiator for the Nailsea office. Tim comes from a financial services background where he gained fantastic customer service skills. He has lived in the North Somerset area for a long time and puts his local knowledge to good use in the local residential sales and letting market.

After many years working in Bristol as a sales and lettings administrator, Claire joined an Estate Agents in Cheddar as a Senior Company Secretary where she dealt with all administration during the set up of the company. She has now joined Westcoast in the Nailsea Branch and enjoys dealing with the day to day administration, advertising and providing an excellent service to all. Claire grew up in Portishead and so has a good knowledge of the local area.

Andrew started his career in Residential Estate Agency back in 1987 and has worked in various markets across the South of England in varying market conditions predominantly for large national groups and more recently covering multiple branches. He joined Westcoast in 2007 managing the Burnham on Sea Branch and took over the Weston Super Mare Branch as Associate Director in 2010. Andrew is a qualified member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Andrew lives locally in Brent Knoll with his partner of ten years and two daughters.

Louise joined Westcoast properties in 2004 as a lettings administrator and gained extensive and valuable experience in the industry. She was promoted through the company and in 2009 was appointed as Branch Manager. On returning to work after maternity leave, Louise re-joins the company as Business Development Manager. Louise is a proud member of both National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents and lives locally in Weston-super-Mare with her husband Simon and daughter Sophie.

Rosanna has worked as an inventory clerk for the past 7 years, joining Westcoast in November 2009. Rosanna’s role is to carry out detailed inventories for all of our branches in Portishead, Nailsea, Weston Super Mare and Burnham on Sea. She also carries out move in’s for new tenants, then carries out the move out reports at the end of the tenancy agreements. When required Rosanna will also carry out Quarterly Inspections for our managed properties and also covers Sales/Lettings viewings.

Dan is part of the sales and lettings department at the Weston-super-Mare branch of Westcoast properties. Starting in May 2011, he is the most recent member of the team after previously working in the fitness industry. Dan has lived locally all his life and uses this to his advantage when matching clients requirements to our property portfolio.

Donatienne joined Westcoast in 2009 with extensive customer service experience from various backgrounds. She deals primarily with the co-ordination of quarterly home visits, ensuring properties are being well taken care of. She also liaises with utility companies to make sure all accounts are finalised and up-to-date between tenancies. She enjoys getting to know landlords and tenants and is happy to help every step of the way!

Steve joined Westcoast Properties in December 2008 and is based in the maintenance department within our administration team in Weston-super-Mare. Steve has 10 years customer service experience within the retail sector and has lived in the area for the past 7 years.

Danni has over six years of customer service experience, based in both the UK and overseas. She also has extensive experience in administration. She joined the West Coast team in June 2010 and is responsible for referencing all prospective tenants, and arranging their move in details.

Steven joined Westcoast in September 2010 and brings with him nearly 30 years of industry experience. He started his career in Estate Agency in the early 80’s before moving into senior management positions in both UK New Homes and International Real Estate. Steven returned to Estate Agency just a few years ago and feels he has ‘come home’, thoroughly relishing the day-to-day challenges with the enthusiasm and passion that can only be generated from a genuine interest in people and property. Steven has lived locally with his wife Julie for 33 years and in his spare time enjoys both league and social tennis for Lympsham Tennis Club.

Sue has worked in the Westcoast office for 12 years in a career spanning 25 years within Residential Estate Agency and New Homes in the local area. A country girl, Sue was born on the outskirts of Bath and was educated at Weston-super-Mare School for Girls. She initially worked in an office management position in retail before taking a career break to bring up her three children. She commenced her Estate Agency career in 1986 and has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1999. Sue has a wealth of local property knowledge and experience in all market conditions, her customer care focus is second-to-none and she is a very familiar and popular figure within Burnham-on-Sea, the Town in which she lives.

Rebecca is the latest recruit to the Burnham-on-Sea office. Having graduated with a first class honours degree in International Relations Rebecca spent a short time in the marketing department of a local company before joining us as our Sales Administrator in February 2012. It is up to Rebecca to keep all the balls in the air, supporting the sales team, keeping them in line and sane!
Rebecca also delivers first-class customer service to sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants alike, making sure we produce the very best property particulars, maintaining our database in an accurate manner helping with our clients property search, taking your calls and meeting you in the office. She has already earned a justifiable reputation for her freindly smile and bubbly and helpful personality.
Outside of work Rebecca lives with her partner locally where they share an interest in keeping sheep and bees!
